I realized that my character’s house guardian sounded too much like my main character, so I mapped her personality to that of a real-life friend of mine, and suddenly she doesn’t suck so much. That’s super.
I got the scene out of me. On to other scenes. My character now has a problem. I gotta figure out where we’re going next.
